Wendy House Flowers to bring life to Sensory garden at Swindon Station

Well, what a weekend! two appearances in our local press in the space of 2 days.

I was chuffed to bits to see the first of two press advert in the local Swindon Advertiser paper and then I was interviewed about my campaign to take over the Sensory Garden at Swindon railway station.

In short, much effort has been made with Reading and Didcot stations and yet Swindon, one of the most important parts of Britain's' railway heritage, has been ignored.

The vision for the garden is simple - something to appeal to all the senses, fruits, herbs, colour and texture.

Talks are still ongoing but the outlook seems very hopeful and fingers crossed I will be given the go ahead to transform this forgotten place into a spectacular haven for passengers to enjoy. #hopeforthegarden
